IWB Industrietechnik GmbH is an owner-managed company located near Erfurt, the capital of Thuringia.

The core competencies of the company are automated parts manufacturing (NC/CNC), the production of components for automation technology and customer-specific special machines.

Our customers are mainly from the automotive industry, automation technology, telecommunications, food industry, pharmaceutical and medical industry, aviation industry and general mechanical engineering. Flexible, innovative and future-oriented, we will find a solution for your challenge. We offer project planning, development, construction and production from one source.

Stadtradeln IWB Team bikes 1066 km

As conclusion of this year's action a tree planting action in the Willroder forest stood on the program. For the 275,670 km that were cycled during the campaign, 275 trees (English oak and wild pear) were planted.

Support Ekhofschule

We are involved in the region. We do this, for example, by financially supporting the Ekhofschule. For example, as part of the "Together for Sport" project, we were able to make a small contribution by providing additional sports equipment for physical education classes.

Employer-financed supplementary health insurance

In 2020, we introduced employer-funded supplementary health insurance for all IWB employees, enabling our employees to take out selected products similar to private health insurance. In addition to the already existing company pension plan, flexible working hours, mobile work, parental shift, etc., we have thus created a further advantage for our employees.

Donation from Christmas raffle

At this year's raffle for the Christmas party, 201 euros were collected. Increased to 250 Euro, we donated the amount to the Kinderhilfe Erfurt e.V.
