As conclusion of this year's action a tree planting action in the Willroder forest stood on the program. For the 275,670 km that were cycled during the campaign, 275 trees (English oak and wild pear) were planted.

Support Ekhofschule
We are involved in the region. We do this, for example, by financially supporting the Ekhofschule. For example, as part of the "Together for Sport" project, we were able to make a small contribution by providing additional sports equipment for physical education classes.

Employer-financed supplementary health insurance
In 2020, we introduced employer-funded supplementary health insurance for all IWB employees, enabling our employees to take out selected products similar to private health insurance. In addition to the already existing company pension plan, flexible working hours, mobile work, parental shift, etc., we have thus created a further advantage for our employees.
